Partner Pam Kane to Represent Chabad in Coral Springs Zoning Issue

Senior Partner, Pamela Kane and Associate, James Horton have been retained by Rohr Bais Chaya Academy/Chabad Lubavitch Community Center in Coral Springs.  The  Project includes:  Due Diligence and permitting of a 90+ bed dormitory for the Rohr Bais Chaya Academy, an Orthodox Jewish girls high school on the site of the Chabad Lubavitch Community Center – Coral Springs, and  includes applications for Conditional Use, Special Exceptions, Plat Waivers and Plat Note Amendments.
