Volunteer Appreciation Dinner

Volunteer Appreciation Dinner of the Salvation Army took place on  March 25, 2015.  The dinner is an annual event honoring volunteers who help make it possible for the Salvation Army to provide services to homeless people in Broward County.  The Salvation Army of Broward County has been in Fort Lauderdale since 1926 and its Broward County staff, caseworkers and volunteers work tirelessly to do the most good in the community. Laurence and Susan Maurer served as hosts and table servers at the event.  Laurence Maurer is past president of the Salvation Army of Broward County, and continues to serve as an Advisory Board member and Chair of the Property Committee.
