No party challenged the approval. The Certificate of Need was awarded by the Agency for Health Care Administration and is effective January 9, 2024. With the approval of the CON, Arc will embark on bringing much-needed hospice services to the underserved portions of Lake and Sumter counties and is Arc Hospice’s first location in Florida. Arc expands from its affiliated operations in Georgia and elsewhere in the U.S..
