While attending law school, Mr. Scott received book awards in Entertainment Law, Florida Legislative Practice, and Natural Resource Law and served as a Staff Editor for the Florida State University Business Review. During law school, Mr. Scott clerked for a Florida administrative agency, where he assisted the agency in the promulgation of new rules and preparation of administrative complaints.
