Samantha M. Evans
Samantha M. Evans practices in the areas of administrative and regulatory law, with an emphasis on employment law and higher education law. Ms. Evans earned her Juris Doctor, Magna Cum Laude at Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law and a Bachelor of Science at Nova Southeastern University, School of Business and Entrepreneurship. While attending law school, Ms. Evans received the book awards in Legal Research and Writing and Worker’s Compensation, as well as served as a member of the Nova Trial Association from 2013-2016 . During law school, Ms. Evans clerked for a personal injury firm handling damages claims for clean-up workers injured during the 2010 BP Oil Spill.

Ms. Evans is a member of the Florida Bar and a member of the Florida Association of Women Lawyers.
