Paul C. Buckley

Paul Buckley is a civil litigator with considerable trail experience in civil, administrative, regulatory and medical malpractice litigation.  Mr. Buckley earned his B.A. in English from St. Michael’s College in 1982, and a J.D. from Stetson University College of Law in 1991.  He was the recipient of a Cecil Bailey Scholarship. 

Mr. Buckley has considerable trial experience in malpractice, negligence and employment actions. His representation includes hospital systems, physician practices and academic institutions.

Mr. Buckley is certified by Florida‘s Supreme Court as a Circuit Civil mediator. He has an independent mediation practice.

Mr. Buckley is a member of The Florida Bar.
