Lindsay Ervin specializes in administrative and regulatory law, focusing on navigating complex compliance and regulatory challenges for her clients. 

Procurement and Regulatory Law

Lindsay has extensive experience handling administrative law matters across various industries, including healthcare, insurance, and technology. She has successfully guided clients through the complexities of state and local administrative challenges, including bid protests, rule challenges, and related appeals. Her practice includes navigating state and federal regulations, ensuring compliance, and mitigating legal risks. Lindsay also assists large corporations in navigating the legal and public relations implications of threatened class actions concerning business continuity, disaster preparedness, and public health challenges.

Lindsay also has experience in securities litigation, representing shareholders in complex cases. Her comprehensive legal background allows her to address a wide range of legal issues, from regulatory compliance to litigation.

Prior to joining Panza Maurer & Maynard, Lindsay practiced in the area of Creditors’ Rights, representing major banking institutions in contested hearings across the State of Florida.

Education & Background

Lindsay earned her Juris Doctorate, Magna Cum Laude, from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Rollins College. She was a member of the Nova Law Review from 2011-2013 and served as the Associate Lead Articles Editor in her final year.
