Krista A. Marti

Krista A. Marti practices in the arenas of administrative and regulatory law, with an emphasis on healthcare compliance, employment law, and higher education law.
Ms. Marti graduated salutatorian, Summa Cum Laude from Nova Southeastern University College of Law. While attending law school, Ms. Marti received the book awards in Legal Writing, Business Entities, Family Law, Wills and Trusts, Agency, Uniform Commercial Code, Sales and Secured Financing, and Legal Remedies. She was selected to serve on the Executive Board of the Nova Law Review as an Articles editor, and as a teaching and research assistant in Torts and Constitutional Law. She was also elected to a three year term as a law school governor for the Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division, Law School Division. During law school, Ms. Marti interned for the Honorable Judge Gary Cowart of the 17^th Judicial Circuit, and clerked for Panza Maurer.
Ms. Marti graduated from Florida State University Magna Cum Laude, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Interdisciplinary Social Sciences. While attending Florida State University, Ms. Marti was a member of the Honors Program and was selected as Honors Legal Scholar.
Ms. Marti is a member of the Florida Bar, and is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association.
