Julia C. Marano

Julia Marano is an Associate Attorney who practices in the area of administrative and regulatory law.

Julia’s practice focuses on administrative and regulatory law as well as local procurement matters. She advises clients on navigating complex government regulations and assists public and private entities in ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal procurement requirements.

Julia also brings experience working with legal and policy issues affecting academic medical institutions, including matters involving regulatory compliance, institutional governance, and contracting. Julia earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, where she served as a law clerk for Panza Maurer throughout law school. During law school, she was a board member of the Nova Trial Association where she competed in trial competitions and strengthened her advocacy skills.

Julia earned her undergraduate degree, cum laude, from the University of Alabama, where she majored in Political Science and minored in Business Administration. Her academic background and professional experience reflect her ongoing commitment to public service, regulatory compliance, and effective advocacy.
