Cole R. Baldecchi

Cole R. Baldecchi practices in the arenas of administrative, corporate, and regulatory law – with an emphasis on employment law, higher education law, and healthcare compliance.

Mr. Baldecchi earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.), with honors, from the University of Miami School of Law in 2021. While attending law school, Mr. Baldecchi was selected as a Dean’s Fellow for Contracts and served as an Associate Editor of the Inter-American Law Review. Mr. Baldecchi also worked in the Investor Rights Clinic – serving indigent victims of financial fraud – and was a Research Assistant in the Center for Ethics and Public Service.

Mr. Baldecchi earned his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in 2018 from the University of California – Los Angeles (UCLA) with a double major in Political Science and History. While at UCLA, Mr. Baldecchi served as a sports reporter for the Daily Bruin and participated in Mentorship, a program which supported low-income youth in the Los Angeles area.

Mr. Baldecchi is a member of the Florida Bar.
