Bradley S. Burleson is of counsel to Panza, Maurer & Maynard, P.A. Mr. Burleson’s expertise is in transportation, construction and business litigation. Additionally, Mr. Burleson is a partner at Ballard Partners, a governmental affairs firm in Tallahassee, Florida.
Mr. Burleson’s legal practice focused on transportation and construction litigation. He has represented highway contractors in disputes and negotiations with the Florida Department of Transportation and local airport authorities, as well as arbitrated disputes over the construction of public landfills and various other commercial issues. Additionally, as part of his law practice, Brad regularly drafted and revised transportation-related legislation and agency specifications.
In addition to his extensive transportation expertise, Mr. Burleson’s background includes the representation of mortgage lenders and servicers, equipment dealers in labor disputes, public housing authorities in property disputes, and securities litigation. Not only does he have an extensive legal background, Mr. Burleson also has experience assisting local municipalities in seeking federal and state appropriations and grants, and advising clients on campaign finance rules and regulations.
Mr. Burleson received his Juris Doctorate, Cum Laude, from Washington and Lee University School of Law, and a B.S. in Political Science, Cum Laude, from Vanderbilt University. He is a member of both The Florida Bar and The Alabama Bar.
