Samantha Evans Saltzburg

Sam provides comprehensive advice on higher education matters related to student affairs, academic policy, and regulatory compliance. Her work includes guiding institutional leadership on issues involving school discipline, student conduct proceedings, academic dismissals, and compliance with federal laws including the ADA and Section 504.

With experience representing both institutions and students, Sam offers a unique, well-rounded perspective. She has counseled students through complex university disciplinary processes, including dismissal proceedings, which deepens her insight into due process and procedural fairness in higher education settings.

Sam provides counsel on a variety of workplace issues affecting corporate institutions, institutions of higher education, as well as employees. She advises institutional clients on employment policies, hiring practices, workplace investigations, and compliance with employment-related laws including Title VII, the FMLA, and wage and hour regulations.

Sam earned her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, at Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law and a Bachelor of Science at Nova Southeastern University, School of Business and Entrepreneurship. Sam has published articles in The Florida Bar Journal, Vol. 91, No. 8 and The Public Interest Journal, Vol. 5, Issue #2.
