A committed community leader, Jen currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Broward County Chapter of the South Florida Red Cross as well as the Pace Center for Girls of Broward County. She is an active member of both the Greater Fort Lauderdale Alliance, the Port Everglades Action Team and the Florida Ocean Alliance. Her civic involvement reflects her dedication to supporting Florida's future through economic opportunity and inclusive growth.

Prior to joining the firm, Jen served as Vice President of Government Affairs for a national healthcare technology company. There, she led federal and state-level advocacy initiatives, playing a central role in shaping policies related to healthcare delivery systems and insurance reimbursement.

A native of Florida, Jen earned both her Bachelor of Arts in Finance and her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Miami. She is a member of the Florida Bar, including its Administrative Law, Health Law, and Environmental & Land Use sections.
