Regulatory Law
Much of Greg’s practice focuses on administrative and regulatory law, with an emphasis on advising clients on compliance, licensure, and enforcement matters across a range of industries. He regularly assists clients in interpreting complex statutory and regulatory frameworks, and provides guidance on the development and implementation of state agency rules and related regulatory initiatives. Greg also represents and counsels clients in connection with administrative proceedings, including interactions with regulatory agencies, investigations, and enforcement actions.
His practice involves working with clients on a wide array of operational and strategic business issues, helping them navigate overlapping local, state, and federal requirements while maintaining a practical, business-oriented approach. Healthcare Law

In addition, Greg offers guidance on Medicaid and related supplemental funding programs, helping clients understand applicable requirements and align their operations accordingly. He further assists with the development and oversight of governance structures, offering practical insight to support effective decision-making, accountability, and long-term organizational stability.
