Much of Greg’s practice focuses on administrative and regulatory law, with an emphasis on advising clients on compliance, licensure, and enforcement matters across a range of industries. He regularly assists clients in interpreting complex statutory and regulatory frameworks, and provides guidance on the development and implementation of state agency rules and related regulatory initiatives. Greg also represents and counsels clients in connection with administrative proceedings, including interactions with regulatory agencies, investigations, and enforcement actions.

His practice involves working with clients on a wide array of operational and strategic business issues, helping them navigate overlapping local, state, and federal requirements while maintaining a practical, business-oriented approach. Greg partners with clients to identify regulatory risks and opportunities, align their operations with applicable legal standards, and support sustainable growth and long-term compliance in an increasingly complex regulatory environment.

Greg also provides strategic counsel on regulatory compliance, transactional matters, fraud and abuse prevention, and healthcare governance. In this capacity, he advises clients on navigating complex regulatory frameworks, structuring and evaluating business arrangements, and implementing policies and procedures designed to promote operational integrity and minimize risk. His work includes guiding organizations through compliance considerations in day-to-day operations as well as in connection with growth initiatives, affiliations, and evolving industry requirements. He also provides compliance support to academic medical centers and medical schools, including the development and negotiation of affiliation agreements and related collaborative arrangements. In addition, Greg offers guidance on Medicaid and related supplemental funding programs, helping clients understand applicable requirements and align their operations accordingly. He further assists with the development and oversight of governance structures, offering practical insight to support effective decision-making, accountability, and long-term organizational stability.
