Much of Greg’s practice also focuses in administrative and regulatory law, with particular focus on advising clients on compliance, licensing, and enforcement matters across a range of industries. Greg specializes in interpreting and understanding complex legislative issues, development of state agency administrative rules, and navigating the nuances of administrative and state agency proceedings. He works for clients on a complex range of business issues with a focus on increasing bottom lines, while maintaining compliance with an often-times complex myriad of intermingling local, state and federal regulations.

Greg provides strategic counsel on regulatory compliance, transactional matters, fraud and abuse prevention, and healthcare governance. Greg’s practice includes guiding clients through mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and physician-hospital alignment strategies, with a focus on minimizing legal risk while maximizing operational efficiency. He also represents clients in government investigations and audits, including those initiated by the Office of Inspector General (OIG) and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). Greg has worked with healthcare clients including hospitals, health care delivery systems, physicians, physician group practices, nursing homes, home health agencies, rehabilitation centers, hospice care facilities, healthcare management companies, assisted living homes, and insurance companies.
