About Brad
Brad Burleson represents clients across Florida before the legislative and executive branches of government, with a focus on transportation and infrastructure funding and policy, information technology, and tax policy and economic development.
Legislative & Government Affairs
Brad helps IT companies and emerging technologies navigate Florida's regulatory framework and assists businesses on tax policy and economic development matters. He also helps clients secure federal and state appropriations.
Prior to joining Ballard Partners, Brad practiced law with an emphasis on transportation and construction litigation, representing highway contractors in disputes with the Florida Department of Transportation and airport authorities.
Prior Experience
Brad previously worked as a legislative correspondent for U.S. Senator Richard Shelby and has experience drafting transportation-related legislation and agency specifications.
