About Adrian
Adrian Lukis brings extensive experience in Florida government and political advisory work. Most notably, he served as Chief of Staff to Governor Ron DeSantis, where he managed the Executive Office and oversaw executive branch agencies during significant challenges including the Surfside building collapse and the COVID-19 Delta surge.
Government Leadership
Prior to serving as Chief of Staff, Adrian held the role of Deputy Chief of Staff, supervising multiple state entities across health care, emergency management, environmental protection, economic development, and professional regulation.
His earlier career included work as a business law attorney specializing in mergers and acquisitions, plus roles with the Florida House of Representatives, the Republican Party of Florida, and Speaker Jose Oliva's office.
